This session is about taking away the confusion and showing you the path back to a life you can be excited about - where you step up in the big moments instead of finding ways to avoid them.

This Info Session is for you if:

You deal with social anxiety - you work yourself up into a state before social functions

You're an incessant worrier - who finds it hard to shut off that voice in your head

You have a fear of public speaking - you're losing sleep over an event or job interview that's coming up

You're a sportsperson - who has a tendency to choke, or wants to perform better in the big moments

You're stressed or overwhelmed by everything on your to-do list

You're suffering anxiety or panic attacks - even the thought of leaving the house can trigger those reactions

You'll leave this session with:

A clear understanding of what's happening in your mind and body - why you're getting these symptoms - so it won't feel so confusing or frightening anymore.

A checklist of what to do - both in the moment when anxiety hits, and longer term strategies to cut it off at the source - so it doesn't come on in the first place.

A plan forward - Because once the confusion is gone, you'll be ready for it.
