1. Event Registration & Payment
• Full payment is required to secure your ticket unless a payment plan has been agreed to.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the event organiser.
• Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
2. No Refund Policy
• All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to a future event at the organiser’s discretion.
• Transfers to another attendee may be permitted up to 7 days before the event.
• Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund or credit.
3. Travel, Accommodation & Meals
The event ticket does not include:
• Flights or travel costs
• Accommodation
• Transfers or transport
• Meals or beverages outside those specifically listed in the event inclusions
Attendees are solely responsible for arranging and covering these expenses.
The organiser is not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations, or additional expenses incurred.
4. Event Changes or Cancellation
The organiser reserves the right to:
• Change speakers, agenda, venue, or schedule if required.
• Postpone or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser:
• A ticket credit or rescheduled date will be offered.
• Liability is limited to the ticket price only.
(No responsibility for flights/hotels - very important.)
5. Personal Responsibility & Participation
By attending the event, you acknowledge:
• You participate voluntarily.
• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results following the event.
• The event provides education, strategy, and personal insights only.
(No guarantees of income or business outcomes.)
6. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• The organiser is not liable for injury, loss, damage, theft, or personal property loss during the event.
• Attendees assume all risks associated with travel and attendance.
7. Health & Safety
Attendees agree to:
• Follow venue safety requirements.
• Not attend if unwell or posing a risk to others.
• Comply with reasonable directions from event staff.
8. Photography & Media Release
By attending, you agree that:
• Photos and videos may be taken during the event.
• These may be used for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.
• Recording ownership - all recordings of the event are owned by the organiser.
If you would like to opt-out of any photos, videos or marketing, please contact the organiser and this can be arranged.
9. Code of Conduct
We are committed to a respectful environment.
The organiser reserves the right to remove attendees who:
• Disrupt the event
• Harass others
• Act inappropriately
No refunds will be issued if removal occurs.
• Attendees agree that all information shared by other attendees is confidential and is not to be shared outside the event.
• No sharing of event resources externally
10. Force Majeure
The organiser is not responsible for delays or cancellation caused by events beyond reasonable control including:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Venue issues
• Travel disruptions
• Illness or emergencies
11. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures, and to Elders past and present.
